Yoga mini-retreat September 21st IHM gathering space

8:30 a.m.- 4:00 pm

Start the day with a morning yoga session to clear your energy blocks and leave the world behind. Enjoy deep meditation to reconnect mind, body and spirit. Savor a catered lunch while connecting with friends. Enjoy an intro to QiGong with Amy Barr of The Healing Room. Qigong is a beautiful system of flowing body-posture and movement, breathing, and meditation used for the purposes of health, spirituality and as a warm up for some forms of martial arts training. We will wrap up the day with lighthearted yoga practice and finish with a meditation framed by restorative poses. Ask anyone who has been to my yoga retreats… you don’t want to miss it :)
